Create a free MyAppointments account and proceed to payment in order to secure your appointment - consultation fees are paid at the time of booking.

You will receive a welcome email and a request to complete your patient intake form. To get the most out of your first session, complete your intake form at least 24 hours before your appointment
Meet Samuel at the time of your appointment
An email will be sent 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with a link to join your video consultation. Alternatively, log in to your MyAppointments account to join the consultation.

Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered through your online patient account where relevant.
